DAY 1 – Transfer airport to Hotel in Jerusalem
Your guide will be waiting for you at Ben-Gurion Airport, the largest international airport in Israel and the main gateway to the country.
After travelling for about one hour you will arrive to Jerusalem. You will be sleeping four nights in the Eldan Hotel . Other options are Brown JLM or Harmony Boutique Hotel, 5* Mamilla Hotel or King David Hotel or the The American Colony, one of the Small Luxury Hotels of The World.
DAY 2 – Bethlehem, Jericho and Saint George Monastery
After meeting your private guide at the hotel, you exit Israel (do not forget your passport!) through one of the checkpoints to enter the city of Bethlehem where you will drive through the Old City neighborhoods before arriving at the main Manger Square.
Here we meet a local Palestinian guide who will join us in the Church of Nativity, the oldest church building in the Holy Land and the place of birth of Jesus. We will also visit the Shepherds Field that commemorates the place where, according to tradition, the announcement of Jesus’ birth to the shepherds by the angels happened.
The day continues in Jericho, a Palestinian city located along the Jordan Valley west of the Jordan River, and claimed as the oldest city in the world, called in the Old Testament the “City of the palm trees”.

You will drive and end the day by overlooking the Wadi Qelt and the Judean Desert. St. George Orthodox Monastery, or Monastery of St. George of Choziba, a monastery located in Wadi Qelt, in the eastern West Bank. The sixth-century cliff-hanging complex, with its ancient chapel and gardens, is active and inhabited by Eastern Orthodox monks.
DAY 3 -Nazareth, Sea of Galilee, Tabha, Capernaum and Mount of Beatitudes
You will leave the hotel early in the morning and drive to the Sea of Galilee. On the way we will stop in Nazareth, a unique city with Christian legacy, a Muslim majority and located in the Jewish state. World renowned as the childhood home of Jesus, Nazareth is the largest Arab city in Israel, and an important site for pilgrims and tourists, coming to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation.
Jesus spent almost all of his public ministry in this very vicinity of Israel. You will visit Tabgha (Ein Sheva),an area situated on the north-western shore of the Sea of Galilee in Israel. It is traditionally accepted as the place of the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes (Mark 6:30-46) and the fourth resurrection appearance of Jesus (Joh 21: 1-24) after His crucifixion where He also restored Peter after he denied Him three times.
Your next stop will be at Capernaum, also called “the town of Jesus”. In this archeological complex we will see the remains of an ancient fishing village located on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. According to the Chistian tradition, Jesus lived here during his public ministry and performed many miracles.
Later you will visit the Mount of Beatitudes, this is the hill on which Jesus was said to have preached the Sermon on the Mount, perhaps the best-known part of which are the list of blessed areas – the Beatitudes. A lovely chapel crowns the mount, surrounded by contemplative gardens with a spectacular view of the Sea of Galilee.

DAY 5 – Jerusalem Old City, Mount of Olives and Mount Zion,
You will start the day on the top of the Mount of Olives with the most beautiful view of the city. Since antiquity, Jews have sought to be buried on the Mount of Olives, where according to the Bible the resurrection will begin. Eventually, the cemetery grew to cover much of the mountain and is still in use.
Your first stop will be at the Dominus Flevit (meaning “The Lord Wept”) teardrop chapel which was only built in 1955 over the site of a Byzantine construction and commemorates the occasion of Jesus looking at the city of Jerusalem and, when realizing that it was going to destroy itself by violence, weeping bitterly.
Later you will visit the Gethsemane Garden and Church of all Nations, the location where Jesus was betrayed and arrested.
The Muslim Quarter is the biggest of the four, where some of the stations of the Via Dolorosa –the painful path of Jesus on his way to crucifixion- show us the way to the holiest place for most of the Christians: the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, located in the Christian Quarter.
Temple Mount is part of the Muslim Quarter, and the place where the two Jewish Temples stood thousands of years ago and where today we see the magnificent Dome of the Rock and the Al Aqsa Mosque.
After crossing the Armenian Quarter, with it typical and colorful shops we will exit the walls again through the Zion Gate and arrive to Mount Zion where the Room of the Last Supper and David’s Tomb are located.
In the evening you will leave Jerusalem for Tel Aviv and check in Bobo Rothschild 65, Lily & Bloom or The Vera Boutique Hotel, 5* The Drisco, Carlton or The Norman, another one of the Small Luxury Hotels of The World.
DAY 6 – Tel Aviv Bike and Food Tour
Your guide is waiting for you at the hotel for a bicycle tour.
Tel Aviv is a perfect city for biking, visiting the different neighborhoods, enjoying Bauhaus architecture in the White City, the central part of Tel Aviv, which is a UNESCO Heritage site.

Later you will walk to the famous and busy Carmel Market, which is connected to the Yemenite Quarter, one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tel Aviv. Now it is home to people of all ethnicities, but it has retained a unique, village-within-a-city feel with narrow, cobble stone streets lined by small houses . It has often been praised as Tel Aviv’s coolest hangout place.
During this tour you will taste Middle Eastern delicacies like kibe, sabich, Druze pita with labneh and tabbouleh, falafel and malabi desert.
DAY 7 – From Israel to Jordan
This is your last day in Israel. In the morning you will leave early in the morning and start travelling towards the south and into the Negev Desert.
Avdat National Park
This is going to be your first stop of the day. Avdat, a ruined Nabataean city in the desert in southern Israel. It was the most important city after Petra on the Incense Route between the 1st century BCE and the 7th century CE. Today it is a National Park with many archeological remains.
Mitzpe Ramon Visitor Center
You will later visit this Visitor Center, located on the northern cliffs of the Ramon Crater, which will tell us the geological story behind this unique and amazing work of nature. Mitzpe Ramon (Ramon crater) is the world’s largest makhtesh.
Also here is located the museum and memorial dedicated to Ilan Ramon, Israel’s first astronaut who died in 2003 while being part on the Columbia mission.
You will continue driving upon arrival to Arava border. After crossing you will meet your Jordanian guide and drive to Aqaba, situated on the southern tip of Jordan.
Aqaba is a beach town with Jordanian appeal. Equipped with the local watering holes, to water sports, and a historical flair for those looking to revisit the past Aqaba is a delightful complement to the metropolitan appeal of Amman.
You will be staying at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba, a 5 stars resort offering legendary Swiss hospitality and service.
DAY 8 – Wadi Rum
You will have breakfast at the hotel, and later drive to Wadi Rum. Uniquely shaped massive mountains rise vertically out of the pink desert sand, which separate one dark mass from another in magnificent desert scenery of strange breathtaking beauty, with towering cliffs of weathered stone. The faces of the sheer rock cliffs have been eroded by the wind into faces of men, animals and monsters.
Wadi Rum, the valley of the moon according to Lawrence of Arabia; here you will have the opportunity to experience of the Jeep tour 4×4 for 2 hours to explore the most spectacular sites of the area ending with a cup of tea made by Bedouins as a refreshing after your visit. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

DAY 9 – Petra
After having breakfast at the hotel you will start to explore Petra: no visit of Jordan will be complete without having seen the capital of the ancient Nabatean kingdom, Petra. The long-lost city of Petra, carved entirely by man into the rose-red sandstone rocks, puts your imagination to the test. Its aMystic and glorious place, an eternal tribute to a lost civilization. Petra was the central meeting point of the Nabatean spice routes which originated from the Persian Gulf, Western Arabia and the Red Sea. About two thousand years ago Petra became the capital of the Nabatean Empire. The city was so renowned that one of its kings, Aretas IV, is even mentioned in the Bible.
The natural richness of the mountainous area combines in a superb way with the refined culture and massive architecture of the Nabateans, who carved their theatre, temples, façades, tombs, monasteries, houses roads entirely the rose-red sandstone rocks. No wonder UNESCO placed Petra on its World Heritage List one enters Petra by passing the Siq, a deep and narrow gorge, at the end of which all of a sudden dramatically appears the most famous monument in Petra: al-Khazneh or the Treasury. Maybe you will recognize it as the stage of the final sequence of the movie ‘Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade’. But the Treasury is just the start.
Walking and climbing in Petra hundreds of buildings carved in stone and eroded through the centuries into fabulous multi- colored walls will be revealed to you.

DAY 11 – Dead Sea
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will head to Dead Sea.
A spectacular natural wonder, the Dead Sea is perfect for religious tourism and fun in the sun with the family. With its mix of beach living and religious history you can soak up the sun while Biblical scholars can get their daily dose of religious history. The leading attraction at the Dead Sea is the warm, soothing, super salty water itself – some ten times saltier than sea water, and rich in chloride salts of magnesium, sodium, potassium, bromine and several others. The unusually warm, incredibly buoyant and mineral-rich waters have attracted visitors since ancient times, including King Herod the Great and the
beautiful Egyptian Queen, Cleopatra. All of whom have luxuriated in the Dead Sea’s rich, black, stimulating mud and floated effortlessly on their backs while soaking up the water’s healthy minerals along with the gently diffused rays of the Jordanian sun.

DAY 13 – Dead Sea- Jerash and Amman
During this day, you will explore Jerash the Pompeii of the East. You will enter Jerash through the monumental South Gate and find you wandering around in a Roman city. You will walk in the Oval Plaza surrounded by colonnades, visit the Roman theatre and Byzantine churches with mosaic-covered floors. Enjoy a stroll along Jerash’ main road the Cardo and pass by the Nymphaeum. You may experience the marvellous acoustics of the theatre, the stage of the Jerash music festival which takes place every year. And see for yourself how the Romans built the earthquake-proof columns of the colonnaded streets.
After that, drive to the capital city of Jordan Amman. Explore the downtown part of Amman for 2 hours, visiting sites and museums including the Citadel, Roman Theater, Archaeological Museum, the Folklore Museum, King Abdullah Mosque (outside visit), Bazaar & craft shops. Everywhere you look there is evidence of the city’s much older past!
The last night you will stay at the hotel W Amman for overnight.
DAY 14- Transfer to Amman Airport
This is the last day of your trip. A driver will take you to Amman Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
